About Dana
Responsive, effective business and commercial law counsel
Dana Dullum focuses on business and commercial law, with an emphasis on commercial contracts. He has extensive experience reviewing, drafting, revising and negotiating sophisticated agreements, including business-to-business supply agreements and other complex commercial documents.
Prior to joining Quarles, Dana worked for a boutique private equity firm where he provided various legal services such as drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts (supplier and vendor) covering the printing, fulfillment and inventory management, direct mail, and e-commerce industries.
