Jaya White, a partner in the Quarles & Brady Health & Life Sciences Practice Group, was a guest on the American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) “Speaking of Health Law” podcast, sharing her insight on a variety of regulatory issues related to the home infusion industry.

Hosted by Randall Fearnow, retired Quarles partner and chair of AHLA’s Post-Acute and Long-Term Services Practice Group, White talked about topics such as home infusion-specific state licensure requirements, Indiana’s recent requirement that their Medicaid home care providers must also be certified for Medicare and the regulatory definition of “homebound.”
