Partners Leonardo Loo, Luis Ochoa and Pilar Thomas Named to “The Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona for 2022” by AZ Big Media

Phoenix/Tucson, AZ. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that partners Leonardo Loo, Luis Ochoa and Pilar Thomas have been named to "The Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona for 2022" by AZ Big Media.

“The Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona” is compiled each year by using an independent algorithm that weighs professional ratings, accomplishments and industry impact to determine the 100 most prolific attorneys in Arizona.

Loo is the Phoenix office managing partner and a member of the firm's Business Law and International Services Practice Groups. He has received accolades throughout his career, including Best Lawyers® "Lawyer of the Year", 2020 Power List by Lawyers of Color and AZ Big Media 2021 AzBusiness Angel of the Year.

Ochoa is the Tucson office managing partner and specializes in Real Estate and Indian Law and Policy. He is currently listed on Chambers USA® in the Native American Law category and Best Lawyers in the Non-Profit / Charities Law category. He is on the University of Arizona Intercollegiate Athletics Committee.

Thomas is a partner in the firm's Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group. She was recently named Best Lawyers® 2022 Tucson Native American Law "Lawyer of the Year" and listed in Chambers USA® Native American Law. Thomas holds leadership roles in legal organizations, including vice-chair at large for the American Bar Association Section on Energy, Environment and Resources Native American Resources Committee, board member of Native American Bar Association of Arizona and trustee-at-large for the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (formerly the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation).
