Prominent Employment Litigator Ted Hollis Joins Quarles & Brady Indianapolis Office as Partner

Indianapolis — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that prominent Labor & Employment attorney Ted Hollis has joined the firm's Indianapolis office as partner. Hollis previously spent 24 years at a full-service international law firm.

"Ted is a widely respected attorney whose extensive experience providing employment law counsel across many industries makes him a fantastic addition to our Indianapolis team," said Joel Tragesser, office managing partner of the Indianapolis office. "Ted's commitment to excellent client services also makes him an ideal fit at Quarles & Brady."

As a seasoned litigator and advisor, Hollis works with clients proactively to avoid employment disputes, although he is a fierce advocate on behalf of management when litigation arises. In his practice, Hollis provides counsel on wage and hour claims, defends against class action lawsuits, represents employers in federal and state audits and investigations, defends employers facing harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims, and conducts internal investigations.

In addition, Hollis regularly advises employers on HR management issues and has assisted many employers navigating COVID-related workplace matters. Industry sectors in which Hollis has extensive experience representing clients on employment issues include higher education, religious institutions and non-profit organizations. He holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law - Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts from Taylor University.
