Quarles Adds High-Profile Litigator Dan Quigley to Phoenix Office as Partner

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady today announced that litigator Dan Quigley has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as partner. He previously was one of the namesake partners at a prominent Phoenix area boutique complex commercial litigation firm.

Quigley advises clients in all areas of commercial litigation, handling cases that involve a broad array of matters, including large-scale antitrust, intellectual property, cannabis, real estate, and business and partnership disputes. He has extensive experience successfully guiding clients through bench and jury trials and arbitrations.

An accomplished attorney, Quigley has been named to Chambers USA each year since 2014; Best Lawyers in America® since 2010; Best Lawyers in America® "Lawyer of the Year" in 2018 and 2022; Southwest Super Lawyers since 2007; Southwest Super Lawyers “Top 50” in 2019-2021, 2025 and 2026; and Arizona Business Magazine‘s “Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona” in 2020, 2022 and 2026.

He earned his B.A. from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Quigley is a regular guest speaker for various organizations, including the Federal Bar Association and the State Bar of Arizona Professionalism Program. He currently serves as secretary and board member of Common Sense Institute Arizona, senior fellow for Litigation Counsel of America and a board member of A Found Future.
