• Represented a cardiovascular medical practice in a dispute against a former partner involving allegations related to business dealings. The matter resulted in a $13 million arbitration award, which was confirmed by the Superior Court.
• Successfully represented a mortgage lending branch in three-week jury trial resulting in a $4.5 million judgement.
