- Favorably represented a pharmaceutical company in an antitrust dispute with a venture capital group that acquired a pharmaceutical drug and subsequently increased its price by 500%.
- Successfully represented a protective armor supplier in a $12 million tortious interference matter involving breach of agreement by a competitor.
- Represented a cardiovascular medical practice in a dispute against a former partner involving allegations related to business dealings. The matter resulted in a $13 million arbitration award, which was confirmed by the Superior Court.
- Successfully represented a mortgage lending branch in three-week jury trial resulting in a $4.5 million judgement.
- Successfully represented publicly traded company in an accounting malpractice dispute resulting in a high eight figure settlement.
