Quarles Adds Madison Real Estate Attorney Chuck Delorey as Of Counsel

Madison, Wis. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Chuck Delorey has joined the firm’s Madison office as of counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Delorey focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and development. He has experience handling real estate matters of varying size and complexity, including multistate transactions and large portfolios of properties.

Delorey works closely with clients throughout all stages of a transaction — from initial due diligence and negotiation through closing and post-acquisition development. He regularly drafts and negotiates key documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements and construction contracts.

He also advises clients on select corporate and commercial matters, including entity formation, commercial contracting and overall transaction planning.
