Phoenix, AZ — Quarles & Brady's Ben Graff was zoning and land use counsel for two of the top 10 multi-family residential developments (Avalon & The Camden) according to the Phoenix Business Journal. Quarles & Brady has continued to provide counsel on both developments.

The Cameron is a luxury multifamily community in Tempe developed by StreetLights Residential and Avalon is also a luxury multi-family project in Avondale, Arizona built by Heers Management and the first multi-family project approved in Avondale in 10 years.
