Quarles Expands Chicago Team with Experienced Attorney Jill Polk as Of Counsel

Chicago — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Jill Polk has joined the Quarles & Brady Chicago office as of counsel in the Business Law Practice Group.

Polk helps public and private companies find practical solutions to raising and deploying capital, communicating with stakeholders and making best practices decisions in every stage. She focuses on general corporate and securities matters, including federal and state securities law compliance, registered and private equity and debt capital raising, SEC reporting and corporate governance initiatives. In addition, she counsels management and boards on fiduciary duties and responsibilities, insider trading liabilities, and executive and equity compensation practices.

Polk earned her B.A. from Eastern Illinois University and J.D. from University of Illinois College of Law.
