Simone Colgan Dunlap, Martin Childs IV and Nick Duronville Selected to LCLD 2023 Programs

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that attorneys Simone Colgan Dunlap, Martin Childs IV and Nick Duronville have been chosen to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2023 Fellows and Pathfinders programs.

LCLD, with a membership of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners, is committed to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. The organization's programs are designed to attract, inspire and nurture diverse talent in the profession, helping them ascend to leadership positions.

Colgan Dunlap, a partner in the Health & Life Sciences Practice Group in the firm's Phoenix office, will participate in the LCLD Fellows program. The Fellows program, designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys, provides professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities and access to LCLD members.

Childs, an associate in the Business Law Group in the firm’s Chicago office, and Duronville, an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group in Indianapolis, will participate in the LCLD Pathfinders program. Pathfinders is intended for diverse, high-potential, early career attorneys, offering practical tools to develop and leverage internal professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills and an understanding of career development strategies.

Quarles has been an LCLD member since the organization’s founding in 2009.
