Grace Stewart guides clients across a wide variety of industries on trademark and copyright prosecution, clearance and portfolio maintenance. She understands the complex nature of helping clients with their global portfolio management and their desire to gain trademark and copyright registration internationally. Grace is experienced with:

  • Advertising counseling and false advertising claims
  • Drafting contracts and sweepstake rules.
  • Providing litigation preparation and support.

Thoughtful and adaptable, Grace’s diverse client base allows her to be flexible and tailor her work style to fit their business goals. She serves as co-chair of the Quarles LGBTQ business resource group.

  • Provides trademark and copyright client counseling, including conducting clearance searches and prosecuting applications.
  • Handles enforcement matters for clients, including sending cease and desist letters, filing Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) oppositions and cancellations, and filing Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) complaints.
  • Counsels clients on high-level portfolio strategy, like creating application filing strategies and developing enforcement tactics.

  • Resolved disputes about trademark registrability at the S Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
