Her experience spans a variety of industries, including the car wash sector and automotive services, healthcare, construction, technology and software, and land banking ventures.

In addition to her M&A practice, Kiani regularly advises clients on joint ventures, governance matters, entity structuring and other corporate transactions. She also has experience counseling clients on sophisticated commercial arrangements and industry-specific operating structures.

  • Assisted a car wash company in a sale to private equity in a transaction valued at over $90 million.
  • Represented a founder in the sale and exit of an automotive repair business to an industry peer in a transaction valued at over $100 million.
  • Represented a leading industrial automation and digital systems integrator in connection with a majority investment by a private equity sponsor in a transaction valued at approximately $70 million.
