Monika Calamita focuses on all stages of public finance and real estate finance. In the public finance space, she advises on new money and refunding financings, multistate and multicampus financings, direct loan financing, publicly and privately offered financings, government financings and lease transaction financings. These representations include financings in the charter school, 501(c)3, housing and health care sectors.
In the real estate finance industry, Monika has been involved in both traditional and non-traditional financings as lender’s counsel and borrower’s counsel. She serves as bond, borrower, lender, underwriter and issuer counsel.
