Nick Schmidbauer is a leading intellectual property (IP) strategist who works with national and multinational companies to build, secure, enforce, protect and monetize their IP. Nick and his team address the full range of IP needs, including:

Nick is chair of the Consumer Product and Industrial Design sub-group of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group.
