Peyton Bellon counsels on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of real property, commercial leasing and construction. She has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial lease agreements, American Institute of Architects (AIA) construction contracts, easements and other real estate-oriented documents. Peyton has represented a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, government entities and health care practices. She also conducts due diligence investigations to identify and mitigate any risks associated with real estate transactions.
