Broad-ranging labor and employment counsel
Pouch Liang advises clients on a wide range of employment matters. He defends employers in state and federal courts throughout California, in arbitration and before administrative agencies. Pouch’s experience includes single plaintiff Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and California Family Rights Act (CFRA) matters, wage and hour class action, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases.
