Her experience also encompasses the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties for corporate clients and energy companies. In addition, she guides solar and renewable energy clients on the acquisition, financing and development of solar and renewable energy projects around the country.

• Oversaw refinancing of mortgage loan for a nationwide, 54-property hotel portfolio.
• Handled various office and retail leasing transactions in Texas for square footage ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 square feet of space for energy companies and other corporate clients.
• Assisted with acquisition of a 160-unit multifamily home and condominium complex in North Carolina.
• Represented solar client in a $254 million debt facility for the development of more than 45 solar projects across Massachusetts, Illinois and New York.
• Negotiated purchase option terms for a 2,000-acre solar and battery energy storage project in Texas.
