Earlier in his career, Will was senior vice president of wealth planning and strategy for a financial services firm, where he provided estate planning and tax guidance to private wealth management and investment banking clients and financial advisors managing over $20 billion in assets.

• Drafting estate planning documents, including durable powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, wills, revocable trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, charitable trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts and 2503(c) trusts.
• Advising on tax advantaged wealth transfer strategies, including annual exclusion gifts, leveraged use of federal gift/estate/GST tax exemptions by transferring closely held business interests at discounted valuations, and sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts.
• Advising on administration of existing irrevocable trusts, including modifications and terminations.
• Consulting on federal gift and estate tax returns.
