Quarles Naples Office Adds Highly Respected Trust and Estate Attorneys Kyle Bacchus and Will Clements as Of Counsel
August 6, 2026 (Naples, Fla.) -- The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Kyle Bacchus and Will Clements, trust and estate attorneys with deep experience in Southwest Florida, have joined the firm’s Naples, Fla., office as of counsel in the Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice Group. Both previously were at a local estate planning law firm.

A Florida native who helps clients develop and navigate their wealth planning, tax strategy and Florida domicile matters, Bacchus’ experience includes formulation and administration of irrevocable trust structures and tax frameworks, counseling clients on the strategic deployment of philanthropic capital to maximize both impact and tax efficiency, maximizing corporate valuation and succession opportunities, and ensuring smooth, tax efficient transitions into Florida.
Bacchus earned a B.S. from Florida State University, J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law and LL.M. from University of Miami Law School.
Clements advises high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, charitable giving, and estate and trust administration. He often collaborates with financial advisors, CPAs and trust officers to ensure clients' legacy goals are realized. Earlier in his career, Clements was senior vice president of wealth planning and strategy for a financial services firm, where he provided estate planning and tax guidance to private wealth management and investment banking clients and financial advisors managing over $20 billion in assets.
Clements received a B.A. from Rhodes College, J.D. from Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law and LL.M. from University of Miami Law School.
