Annual National Quarles & Brady Legal Ethics Seminar Replay

Webinar
 | 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Central

Please join Quarles & Brady for a CLE-eligible webinar replay of our annual year-end Legal Ethics Seminar which offers three, hour-long ethics CLE presentations.

For guests who are unable to join us in person in Milwaukee on November 4, or who prefer a virtual experience, we are offering three remote webinar replays on December 2, December 14, and January 12.

The program will consider the following topics.

  •  Ethical Considerations When Defending Class Actions
  • A Focus on The Rules of Ethics for In-House Practice
  • High-Stakes Legal Writing and Argument: Ethical Issues on (and Before) Appeal

There is no charge to attend this invitation-only event, but advance registration is required.

Who Should Attend?

This seminar is designed for in-house counsel, executives, compliance officers, HR professionals, and hiring managers. Quarles & Brady reserves the right to limit or restrict attendance to the program.

Continuing Legal Education:

After the event, Quarles & Brady will apply for up to 3.0 hours in 60-minute states/3.5 hours in 50-minute states of ethics continuing legal education credit in U.S. jurisdictions where applicable.

Participants seeking CLE credit for one of the virtual replays on December 2, December 14, or January 12 must be logged in, participating from their own device, and complete the electronic CLE form provided in the course dashboard materials. Please be sure to include the attendance verification codes that will be announced during each presentation, regardless of which jurisdiction you are licensed in. Quarles will only provide CLE credit to those who return the form with the proper code.

The Impact of COVID-19 on Continuing Legal Education:

To best comply with safety recommendations regarding COVID-19, many state bar offices are closed or operating with reduced staffing. This is anticipated to cause significant delays in approval for CLE accreditation. Depending on jurisdiction, the processing time for course approval is estimated to take between 2-16 weeks.
