Please join Quarles for a CLE-eligible webinar replay of our annual year-end Legal Ethics Seminar, featuring three one-hour ethics CLE presentations. Originally presented live on Friday, November 6, 2026, this replay will be moderated by Quarles partner Daniel E. Conley, who will be available to answer questions.

This year’s program explores practical ethics considerations across negotiation, employment, and litigation, with takeaways attorneys can apply in their day-to-day practice.

  • Real Deals: A Practical Approach to Ethical Challenges and Traps in Negotiation and Drafting
    Presented by Kate Duncan, Bernard Kearney, and Courtney Lynch
  • Ethical Issues in Labor and Employment
    Presented by Joanne Buser, Brian Hartstein, and Steve Kruzel
  • Don’t Trust, Verify! Litigation Ethics in the Age of AI
    Presented by Mark Bina, Jake Bradley, and Lauren Stine

Continuing Legal Education (CLE):

After the event, Quarles will apply for up to 3.0 hours in 60-minute states/3.5 hours in 50-minute states of ethics continuing legal education credit in U.S. jurisdictions where applicable, excluding Puerto Rico. Quarles certifies that this activity has been approved for California Participatory MCLE credits by the State Bar of California in the amount of 3.0 ethics credits.

Participants seeking CLE credit for one of the webinar replays on December 9, December 18, or January 15 can review the webinar replay CLE information for additional details.

Quarles is happy to provide CLE credit in most U.S. jurisdictions for Quarles webinars. As of April 2024, the American Bar Association (ABA) manages CLE applications, attendance submissions, and Certificates of Attendance for our external webinars.

Anticipated CLE Processing Time:

Depending on the jurisdiction, course approval processing is estimated to take between 2–⁠16 weeks.
