Please join Quarles for a CLE-eligible webinar replay our 2022 year-end Legal Ethics Seminar. 

Our 2022 program considered the following topics.

  • Ethical Considerations When Defending Class Actions
  • A Focus on The Rules of Ethics for In-House Practice
  • High-Stakes Legal Writing and Argument: Ethical Issues on (and Before) Appeal

Advance registration is required.

Continuing Legal Education:

After the event, Quarles will apply for ethics continuing legal education credit in U.S. jurisdictions where applicable. Quarles certifies that this activity has been approved for California Participatory MCLE credits by the State Bar of California in the amount of 3.0 ethics credits. Quarles is a State Bar of California MCLE approved provider.

Participants seeking CLE credit must be logged in, participating from their own device, and must complete the electronic CLE form provided in the course dashboard materials. Please be sure to include the attendance verification codes that will be announced during the presentation, regardless of which jurisdiction you are licensed in. Quarles will only provide CLE credit to those who return the form with the proper codes.

All are welcome to attend our 2022 program replay but CLE credit will only be available for those who did not already receive credit for attending Quarles' 2022 Ethics Seminar live or via an earlier webinar replay.

Anticipated Continuing Legal Education Processing Time:

Depending on the jurisdiction, the processing time for course approval is estimated to take between 2-16 weeks.
