Yes, we said Mallard Ducks. Animal accommodation requests can take a variety of forms and address a broad spectrum of human psychiatric, emotional, and medical needs. Our discussion addressed the increasingly complex legal issues raised by these requests under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act.
We also considered real-life scenarios and practical solutions for addressing these requests from employees and students in higher education institutions.
