William A. Walden, Associate

Biography

William Walden represents clients in a variety of litigation, labor, and employment matters. His litigation experience includes federal and state court cases, as well as arbitration. He regularly defends clients in government agency investigations and advises management on employment-related issues, with a focus on:

  • Technology and data privacy in employment
  • Disability, medical leave, and job-related accommodation policies and procedures
  • Trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition
  • Wage and hour compliance
  • Internal investigations

William is very active in Quarles & Brady's pro bono program, and his community activities include work with Chicago-area youth development nonprofits. He authors and speaks on timely labor and employment issues, and provides training on employment topics for clients and other organizations.
