Phoenix — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Ben Nielsen, a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group, has been named one of the "Valley's Next-Generation Legal Leaders" by the Phoenix Business Journal.

The story highlighted 21 honorees based on their contributions to their firms and their potential to shape the legal industry, in Phoenix and beyond. The honorees were featured in the January 29 print issue of the Phoenix Business Journal.

Nielsen handles all areas of business litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, mortgage disputes, tax lien foreclosures, and has defended clients in multiple class-action lawsuits nationwide. He also has extensive experience advising higher education institutions in all facets of the law, as well as defending them in administrative and civil matters.

Deeply involved in the Phoenix community, Nielsen consistently works on pro bono cases, often in conjunction with the Volunteer Lawyer's Program. He is a Salvation Army Legal Clinic volunteer, Capital School Homeroom Program volunteer, and member and former board member of Maricopa County Bar Association. Nielsen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Arizona University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona-James E. Rogers College of Law.
