Kevin Walsh Named to Top 50 Pro Bono Attorney List by Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education

PHOENIX, Ariz. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Kevin Walsh, an attorney in the firm's Phoenix office, has been named to the Top 50 Pro Bono Attorney list by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education (AZFLSE).

Walsh is a pro bono attorney with the Volunteer Lawyers Program. At Volunteer Lawyers Program he assists vulnerable children by representing eligible caretakers in obtaining guardianship and providing protection and stability for the children. He is a member of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group, where he partners with his clients to help them create new value in their businesses, concentrating his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, early-stage and emerging growth companies, equity and debt financing, crowdfunding and general business counseling.

The State Bar of Arizona created the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education as a separate 501(c) 3 organization in 1978, charging it with the mission of promoting access to justice for all Arizonans. The Foundation strives to fulfill this mission by preparing Arizona youth for civic responsibility and providing access to justice for Arizonan's most in need. Through the provision of technical and financial assistance to probation & resource officers, teachers & administrators, private attorneys & judges, and legal service attorneys & advocates, the Foundation works to level the playing field, so that all in Arizona have knowledge and access to the justice systems.
