Phoenix, AZ — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Leonardo Loo and Cathleen Yu have been named to the 100 Top Lawyers in Arizona for 2019 list by AZ Business Magazine.

The attorneys were selected from a pool of more than 2,000 of the state’s most talented and successful attorneys. Selections are based on each lawyer’s professional success and ratings, impact on his or her law firm, impact on the communities she/he serves and impact on the legal profession.

Loo is the Phoenix Office Managing Partner and is a member of the firm's Business Law, Finance, and International Services Law Practice Groups. He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, international transactions, securities, and general corporate law involving clients in a wide variety of industries. Quincy is the Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the Phoenix office, where she litigates and regularly takes cases to trial on a variety of employment law matters, including covenants not to compete, Title VII, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and defamation. Yu is the Chair of the Business Law Practice Group in the Phoenix office and Chair of the firm's Investor Services Team.
