Comprehensive labor and employment counsel
Tory Polin counsels employers on all aspects of California employment practices and developments. She also represents public and private employers in all areas of labor and employment litigation, including:
- Wrongful termination
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Wage and hour matters, in both the single plaintiff and class action context
Tory formerly was a prosecutor with the California Attorney General’s Office and Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. She has extensive courtroom experience, including jury trials, court trials, grand juries and administrative hearings.
Tory is a diligent and strategic litigator who enjoys finding solutions to challenging matters. She works closely with clients to develop an understanding of their businesses and tenaciously advocates for their interests.
