Sara Scullen is a member of the firm's Product Liability and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. She is a litigator with a diverse practice, representing clients in complex litigation matters in both the construction and large machinery industry. As a former Court Commissioner and Assistant District Attorney, she brings a unique perspective to her practice.
Sara joined the firm after a reputable career in the public sector. She has over 20 years of trial and courtroom experience which includes both trying and presiding over cases, as well advising and training members of the judiciary. For almost a decade, Sara served as Assistant District Attorney and ADA Team Captain in the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office where she prosecuted general felony, domestic violence, misdemeanor, and CHIPS cases.
In addition, Sara served as Court Commissioner in Waukesha Country Circuit Court where she presided over matters in all circuit court divisions, including criminal, civil, and probate.
This extensive trial experience allows her to see her clients' matters from the opposing side and gives her the distinctive advantage of anticipating challenges and addressing them in her client's favor.
