- Successfully resolved a complex litigation matter for an international client.
- Secured a permanent injunction preventing a trademark infringer from improperly using a client's trademark.
- Obtained a jury verdict awarding two clients all of their damages after a two-week federal court trial and secured an award of attorney's fees, costs and prejudgment interest for the clients.
- Obtained a jury verdict awarding a client over $1 million in insurance coverage proceeds after a multi-day federal court trial, and secured an award of attorney's fees, costs and prejudgment interest for the client.
- Secured complete final summary judgment in favor of three defense clients in a Florida state court case on a complaint containing 12 claims.
- Assisted with a post-conviction appeal on behalf of an innocent man who was on death row, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit ultimately overturned the conviction.
