Zachary Eastburn represents large businesses and corporations that supply products to customers through franchises, dealerships, and distribution channels. He regularly counsels clients on issues that affect their products getting to market, while helping them find the most effective and efficient channels to market in.
Zachary represents clients in litigation matters involving the termination of distribution relationships, and has significant experience defending against claims under Wisconsin's Fair Dealership Law. And while he is an effective litigator, Zachary often works with clients to manage their risk and take measures to avoid litigation.
In addition to his work with corporate clients, Zachary serves as National chair of Quarles & Brady's LGBTQ Business Resource Group. He is also committed to the firm's pro bono efforts, most notably securing an injunction designed to change the unconstitutional conditions in a juvenile detention center.
