Rucha Shastri represents and advises clients in disputes, investigations and litigation, with a particular focus on matters involving health care providers and employers. Her practice includes administrative litigation as well as litigation in state and federal courts, where she helps clients evaluate risk, develop strategy and defend claims through resolution.

Rucha regularly represents health care providers in administrative, state and federal court disputes involving complex regulatory, licensing, operational and workplace issues. She also assists clients in responding to:

Drawing on her experience in both health care and employment matters, Rucha advises clients on workforce management challenges, regulatory compliance and the intersection of state and federal laws affecting employment practices and health care operations. • Represents clients before administrative agencies, including the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.
• Defends employers in discrimination/harassment and unfair labor practice charges, guiding clients through agency investigations and navigating complex administrative proceedings.
• Counsels employers on workplace issues, including internal complaints, personnel decisions, harassment and discrimination allegations, accommodations and compliance with evolving federal and state employment laws.
